Bronx Luxury Rentals is the premier owner and manager of fully furnished apartments in the Belmont section of the Bronx. Also known as Bronx Little Italy, Belmont is a thriving and historic neighborhood that offers the convenience of New York City living with an old world European charm. Belmont is home to the world famous Arthur Avenue, which was named one of the Great Streets of America in 2016 by the American Planning Association.
We offer Manhattan-style living at Bronx prices. Our apartments are newly renovated with modern and chic designs. Our luxury unit finishes include granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. Most of our units have video intercom and many have keyless entry.
Belmont benefits from its close proximity to Manhattan and Westchester. We are a short walk from the Fordham Road Metro North Station only a 15-minute train ride to Grand Central. There are numerous subways and buses along Fordham Road that provide easy transport to Manhattan and the rest of the Bronx. Many of our tenants have cars and park in the neighborhood as well.
